Photo Lock App – Hide Pictures is an app designed to secure personal media by creating a private vault for images and videos. Users can effortlessly hide an unlimited number of photos and videos, safeguarding them from unauthorized access. Beyond media, the app also allows for the creation and hiding of private notes, and includes a safe browser for direct media downloads into the secure vault. Distinctive privacy measures include the ability to replace the app’s icon with a discreet alternative like news or weather, and an Intruder Image feature that automatically captures photos of anyone attempting unauthorized access.
Secure Media Vault and Notes
The app functions as a private vault, allowing users to store images and videos securely. Content can be hidden by sharing it directly from the device’s gallery or SD card to the Hidden Photo Vault: Gallery Lock. Once secured, media can be viewed using the Calculator Lock App’s inbuilt viewer and player. In addition to visual media, the app supports the creation and hiding of private notes within the Galerie Lock.
Discreet Access and Intruder Protection
For enhanced security, the app supports Fingerprint Unlock on devices where available. It offers a Guest Locker feature, which can be configured with a different password to store dummy images and videos, providing an additional layer of plausible deniability. To maintain discretion, the app icon can be replaced with a secret icon, such as news, weather, or radio, making its presence less obvious. Furthermore, the Face Down Lock feature ensures that the Keep Safe Photo And Videos will close automatically when the device is placed face down. Any attempts at unauthorized access are documented by the Intruder Image feature, which captures a photo of the individual.
Integrated Browsing and Backup
The app integrates a safe browser, enabling users to surf the internet privately. Media encountered during browsing can be downloaded directly into the Secret Photo Vault: Hide Photos Videos, bypassing the device’s main gallery. For data preservation, the app provides a Cloud Backup service for hidden images, videos, files, and notes. Users can also customize the Private Photo Vault: Photo Hider app with various Galerie Lock Themes.
